Niblick and Greene’s restaurant, located in Eagle Crest Resort's clock tower building, offers the best Central Oregon dining experience, with favorites such as prime rib, seafood, steaks, pasta and much more. After a round of golf, you can grab a burger or salad in our golf-themed pub, which offers a full bar and live entertainment on the weekends.




The restaurant dining room opens at 5 p.m. daily, with a wide array of dinner selections, as well as a kids’ menu. Outdoor patio dining is also available to enjoy warm Central Oregon evenings.

Live music is featured on most weekends in Brassie's Bar with incredibly talented local performers, such as the widely acclaimed musicians Lindy Gravelle and Reno Holler. Be sure to check our live music calendar for upcoming performances.
