Niblick and Greene's
is owned by a couple of fellows who have two passions in common: 
the Restaurant Business and Golf!

Already partners in a legendary local restaurant, and well known around Eagle Crest for their golf course antics, John & Robert were offered the opportunity to become independent contractors on the Eagle Crest Resort Campus, and they jumped at the chance, resulting in taking double bogeys on the 15th hole.   Opening the doors for the first time on Valentine's Day, 1996, (which was a crummy day for golf, anyway) Niblick and Greene's has attracted more and more customers each year at an astonishing rate. 

With dedication to: flawlessness in the food, customer service that exceeds typical expectations, and playing as much golf as possible, the operation has expanded to include all the banquets and catering events around the resort; primarily at the Eagle Crest Conference Center, which seats up to 600. 

It's just a short drive from wherever you are in Central Oregon to enjoy one of the finest restaurants the area has to offer!  
And around here we're used to short drives!
